Shipping and Returns
We offer free shipping for all the countries in the European Union. For countries outside the EU (e.g., UK, Norway, Switzerland or US) there will be a small transportation fee. For all other countries, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to find a solution for you.
All the orders will be shipped with DHL. After we hand in the package to DHL, we will email you a tracking code which can be used here.
Important: if the package arrives to you damaged, please do not accept it so that it can return to us.
Also important: shipping chargers (if any) do not include duty or custom charges that might be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. AMZA Bags will not be responsible for these expenses (see also below).
Tax and Duties
AMZA Bags ships from inside the EU. Customers and import duties will depend on your countries trading relationship with EU. It might get a bit complicated, that is why we strongly advise to check your own country's import status if you are unsure.
Some examples include:
EU member countries: no import duties
USA: no import duties for orders below the value of $800
UK: duties apply for orders above £135, as well as potential additional fees and taxes
Unfortunately, AMZA Bags will not be able to cover the additional taxes and import duties that migth arise with international shipping. Therefore customers are responsible for potential additional fees and charges.
We have a 30 days return policy and we cover the return shipping costs from any EU country. If 30 days have gone by since the order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- An Item delivered intact is returned damaged, with missing parts or not in its original condition
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund is approved.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Bulevardul Chișinău 6-8, București 022142, Romania.
Shipping the return item
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Aleea Ion Agarbiceanu, nr. 3-11, Bloc A, etaj 8, ap 87, Sector 3, Bucuresti. We will be covering the return costs if you return your item from Europe. Just reach out to us at email@example.com with your order number, address and reason for return and we will be providing you with the return label.
